Charity & Community

BOMA Rochester strives to participate in community efforts and support local charity. Each year, our organization chooses a local non-profit to support. The selected non-profit attends events and gets to know the BOMA members.

2026 Charity Partner: Homesteads for Hope

BOMA Members have voted Homesteads for Hope as our 2026 charity partner! Homesteads for Hope is a 501c3 non-profit Community Farm and Future Housing Village nestled on 55 acres along the wide waters of Historic Erie Canal in Rochester, NY. Founded by a mother and daughter team with a mission to support other families; their organization has truly evolved into a nurturing community where people of all abilities thrive, finding purpose and belonging in nature's classroom.

BOMA helped to pay tribute to a long-time member of BOMA, Jim O'Reilly, through a donation to St. Pius where he was actively involved in the church and parish council and was an alumnus of the school. St. Pius dedicated a statue in his honor.

Thank you letter from Honor Flight following their participation in the 2023 BOMA Golf Tournament.

Thank you card from our 2023 Charity Lipson Cancer Institute.
