Eligibility
You are eligible to join the premier network of 16,500-plus commercial real estate professionals, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), if you are a:
- Building Owner
- Property Manager
- Asset Manager
- Corporate facility manager
- Government office building manager
- Industrial building manager
- Leasing professional
- Medical office building professional
- Other commercial real estate professional
- Commercial real estate product or service provider
Membership is available through 93 federated local associations throughout the United States.
MEMBERSHIP
Among us, you’ll find building owners, property managers, developers and other real estate professionals to associate members. They provide services and supplies to the commercial real estate industry, owning and managing millions of square feet of office, commercial, retail and industrial properties in our region.

$745 Principal Building/Vendor Member- Includes registration with BOMA International, BOMA Rochester, paid BOMA Rochester events (excluding Golf & The Holiday Party)
$425 Secondary Building / Vendor Member- Secondary employees from a company with an existing Principal member, includes registration with BOMA Rochester, paid BOMA Rochester events (excluding Golf & The Holiday Party), does NOT include registration with BOMA International
$495 Friend of BOMA- Includes registration with BOMA Rochester, paid BOMA Rochester events (excluding Golf & The Holiday Party), does NOT include registration with BOMA International
$595 Corporate Sponsor Member- All company employees may attend all events or programs on a pay as you go basis
