Welcome to BOMA Rochester

The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Rochester is a non-profit trade association and federated chapter of BOMA International. Our mission is to actively and responsibly represent the interests of the greater Rochester commercial real estate industry. In the more than 90 years since our founding, we’ve evolved our association to provide information, guidance and expertise in matters that truly matter to our community through:

• Effective leadership

• Active community involvement

• Networking opportunities

• Fostering of business relationships

• Professional development and advocacy

Annually, we offer a variety networking meetings, educational/informational offerings, building tours, and legislative advocacy opportunities.

Each year, BOMA Rochester chooses a local non-profit to support as a way to give back to the community.  The selected non-profit attends events and gets to know the BOMA members. The charity of choice for 2025 is Homesteads for Hope.
