The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Rochester is a non-profit trade association and federated chapter of BOMA International. Our mission is to actively and responsibly represent the interests of the greater Rochester commercial real estate industry. In the more than 80 years since our founding, we’ve evolved our association to provide information, guidance and expertise in matters that truly matter to our community through:

Annually, we offer 11+ networking meetings, educational/informational offerings, building tours and legislative advocacy opportunities.
MEMBERSHIP
Among us, you’ll find building owners, property managers, developers and other real estate professionals to associate members. They provide services and supplies to the commercial real estate industry, owning and managing millions of square feet of office, commercial, retail and industrial properties in our region.
